General conditions: Payment 1. The enrolment should preferably be made 30 days before the beginning of the course and must be sent together with a deposit of 15% of the total amount (or if preferred so, the total sum). The rest of the amount should be paid within 15 days before school start. The minimum age for students without the company of an adult is 16 years. Cancellation 1 The course can be cancelled only by a written notification (fax, e-mail, or letter) to the Italian Language School: Scuola Verde L�Olmo, 7, Via Roma; 47010 Portico di Romagna (FC), Italy; e-mail: info@academyolmo.com. 2 For a cancellation made at least 15 days before the course starts, a refund will be paid, retaining only a fee of 15% of the total costs . 3 Up to this date the Italian school accepts the replacements by another person. In this event a handling fee of 20 Euro is charged. 4 Only a refund of 50 % of the total amount in the case of later cancellation, that is less than 15 days before school start. After school start no refunds. 5. Students are not insured by the language school against illness, accidents, theft or loss of personal goods. 6. The school reserves the right to change the programme and prices.
