The course consists of three mornings of cookingclasses (about two hours in the morning) with a light lunch included at the end of the course, followed by an afternoon visit to a local winery, with the option to purchase wine at the winery itself.At the end there will be a tasting of some of the finest products that define our region Emilia Romagna, such as cheese, salami, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a variety of wines. This course will be taught by one of our sommelier. This course is ideal for a traveling companion who loves cooking, but do not want to take part in Italian language classes.
