The cooking classes are held in the kitchen of the restaurant and hotel "Al Vecchio Convento" by the chefs themselves: the brothers Massimiliano and Matteo and their father Giovanni Cameli.
Our guests learn to make handmade pasta, traditional dishes of the region and some of the house, like bread and pizza, cakes and pasta, meat, fish and side dishes. As a gift all the participants will recipes a printout of all the recipes they learned to cook as well as an apron printed in the traditional way of Romagna.
The courses last from 2 to 3 hours, with The Possibility to choose between morning or afternoon sessions. The morning session begins at 10:00 and ends with a light lunch, while the afternoon session is from 17:00 to 19:30.

The registration fee is 70 €, and is valid for one entire calendar year, and includes insurance for classroom activities and excursions.
