The course consists of tthreeafternoons with cooking classes, (about two hours in the afternoon) but will not include dinner at the end of the course, (that is why there is a difference in price between morning and afternoon classes). Our students will taste the food they prepare during the lesson. We also plan an afternoon visit to a local winery, with the option to purchase wine at the winery itself. At the end there will be a tasting of some of the finest products that define our region Emilia Romagna, such as cheese, salami, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a variety of wines. This course will be taught by one of our sommelier. This course is ideal for those who love cooking, but want to take part in Italian language classes in the mornings.
